Altarpiece of the Joys of the Virgin from Abella de la Conca.
This is a Gothic altarpiece showing the Virgin with Child accompanied by musical angels and the figure of the donor, Berenguer d’Abella, the Lord of Abella de la Conca, on the central panel surrounded by depictions of the Joys of the Virgin on the side panels. The altarpiece was stolen in 1972 and recovered in New York in 1978.
